Yes Evelyn – we are not the answer to everything. It takes us getting older to fully see this it seems.
Great idea, hard to do. One of the most difficult steps for a leader is letting go (and knowing when to let go).
So true Brent. I think it is hard for leaders because we get our identity all caught up in the position. Unhealthy for anyone.
